This webcast is part of a series on Operations Fundamentals using Process Simulators

This webinar will define the key process parameters and common limiting factors related to operation and troubleshooting of the nitrification process. The major concepts covered include; defining the solids retention time (SRT) and mixed liquor suspended solids (MLSS) concentration needed to nitrify as well as how wastewater temperature, dissolved oxygen, alkalinity and pH impact process performance. Examples of actual plant operation using a case study simulation will be provided.

Presented by Paul Dombrowski (Woodard & Curran) and Spencer Snowling (Hydromantis)

Participants in this live event will be eligible to receive certification for 1.5 contact hours for continuing education. Please check with your state accreditation agency to verify your local CE requirements and determine if you qualify.
