Collection Systems 2014: Collection on the Chesapeake

The Water Environment Federation (WEF) Collection Systems Committee, in cooperation with the Chesapeake Water Environment Association and the National Association of Sewer Service Companies, is pleased to announce the Collection Systems 2014 Conference.
The conference will be held in Baltimore, Maryland and will draw professionals from around the region and across the country who share an interest in improving the effectiveness of their organization, as it relates to combined and separate sanitary sewer collection systems.
Key components include an interactive workshop, 14 technical sessions, facility tours, and a large exhibit floor.
Manhole Rehabilitation: Tech & Specs Webcast

This webcast will provide collection system engineers and owners with the tools they need to perform successful manhole rehabilitation projects. The first portion of the webcast will provide a background in manhole assessment and selection of appropriate rehabilitation technologies.
The second portion of the webcast will focus on design, specifications, and quality. We will describe the use of NASSCO’s recently completed standard specifications as a guideline for your project specifications. The webcast will wrap up with an overview of the post rehabilitation inspection and testing that should be required for various technologies.
